Autodesk VIZ and 3D Studio Max have direct exports to VRML. Simply go to 'Export' and then select the VRML 97 file format. Note that you can also use VRML Helpers in VIZ or 3D Studio Max to add some interactivity into the model. The viewpoints in VIZ will also be carried into the VRML model.
